At Localmize, we simplify the design and SEO process to create websites for our clients that perform at the top of SEO rankings. Our build process starts with our clients. We can deliver a great site experience that will dramatically increase your search engine results, but in order for your site to truly speak to your target audience, your input is critical. We truly do want to understand why you started your business and what your journey has been so far.
We’ll ask a lot of questions and develop a site outline that will map your website’s look and feel, as well as the tone of the text. As we develop content, we will identify industry specific keywords and phrases that match your business goals. Once the site is built, we turn our focus to long term maintenance and management, using our in-house technology to ensure traffic and rankings are regularly and consistently increasing.
Kick Off Meeting
We love to meet our clients in person; however, if that’s not an option, we work virtually; gathering the team that will be working with your account to have a video chat. This is an informal opportunity to meet and greet our team.
Our goal is to intimately understand your business and your goals throughout all Localmize team members. Of course we want to hear about your business, but we also want to dive deep into your customers, target audience, your sales funnel and what makes your business different and special. Developing your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) is a very important objective.
We use this information to develop individualized content to be used on your site and in social media, if requested. This is an open opportunity to discuss ideas, goals, plans for your business so that we can truly partner with your goals in mind.
Design & Development
Our team begins the design process. We take the gathered information from our kickoff meeting to ensure your new site reflects who you are, draws in your ideal customer and shows off what you can do for them. In-house reviews and revisions are an ongoing process as we design workflow and content. Content is developed and built around the flow of your site and exactly how much info is needed. Additional info may be requested by our team for content. A preliminary final design is presented to you, and your team, so that you can go through on your own and provide feedback on form and function.
Any changes can be requested easily through your assigned Localmize team.
Your Localmize team will handle all Keyword Research using highly specialized, AI (artificial Intelligence) powered software. This is the very heavy, front end part of content development, predominantly taking place when building a site from scratch. Once your site is developed, keyword research will receive continuous attention based on website performance, consumer needs and the products or services being offered. Keyword Research is used to constantly improve SEO and lead tracking. We can use this research to show us what consumers in your area are searching for, allowing you to benefit from competitive analysis as well.
Specific Content Maintenance
Our team consistently runs in house analytics on client sites to create strong content regularly improving site performance. Our in-house Content Writers and Digital Strategists then update content based on specific analytical data from your site. Your time here depends on what changes you would like to make. We are always willing to meet with you to discuss specific ideas for your business. You will have access to our team for feedback and questions. All new content should match promotions, seasonal changes, new products, calendars, staff bios, etc. that your business implements, so your time on content maintenance depends on how much information you want to give us. We encourage good communication from our clients as well as our own team so that we work together to continuously strengthen your website. We are here for you and your business. We are your partners! Monthly Analytics Check-In
Once your site is up and running, we will send out your monthly analytics reports. These reports will show how your site is performing and where we can improve it. This email is the perfect reminder for you to reach out to us with any new content ideas. Usually an informal touching base, and truly designed to not take more of your time than necessary. We work very hard to handle the “arduous” part of running a website. This monthly analytics check-in also gives us the opportunity to discuss Ad Services, Updates and Reputation Management.
